These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Arroseo mobile application and related websites ("Service"). Arroseo is owned and operated by Azsune Production ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Arroseo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Description of the Service

Arroseo provides tools including:

• plant care reminders,
• plant monitoring,
• optional AI plant identification and diagnosis,
• user account management,
• optional premium features through paid subscriptions (see Terms of Sale).

Subscriptions & Premium Features

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled via your App Store or Play Store account.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple or Google in accordance with their terms.

Additional terms may apply as described in the Terms of Sale.

User Account

You must create an account to use core features.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information,
• maintain the confidentiality of your login details,
• be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts with reasonable notice, except in cases of fraud, security risks, or legal obligations where immediate action is required.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the legal age of digital consent in your country, parental authorization is required.

User Content

You may upload content such as plant photos, notes, and other personal data.

You confirm that:

• you own or have permission to upload this content,
• it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to store and process this content solely to operate the App (including AI analysis when selected).

We do not claim ownership over user content.

Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.

The Privacy Policy is available within the App and on our website.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• misuse or hack the App or Website,
• upload illegal or harmful content,
• violate intellectual property rights,
• reverse-engineer any part of the App,
• bypass security controls,
• use the App for commercial plant-care services without written permission.

We may restrict access for any breach.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, graphics, logos, features, and code are the exclusive property of Azsune Production or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any part of the App or Website without written permission.

Availability & Modifications

We may modify or update the App at any time.

Certain features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable.

We are not liable for:

• service interruptions,
• updates,
• or technical issues beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements.

We will inform you of material changes within the App or by email before they take effect.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party tools (e.g., analytics, AI, cloud hosting, advertising partners).

Their terms and privacy practices apply independently.

Disclaimer

The Service does not replace professional horticultural advice.

You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.

The App provides estimated plant-care guidance. We do not guarantee:

• plant health outcomes,
• accuracy of AI suggestions,
• or suitability for every plant type.

Use the App at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• loss of data,
• interruptions,
• or issues caused by third-party services or user misuse.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim (if applicable).

Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access with reasonable notice, except in cases of fraud, security risks, or legal obligations where immediate action is required.

We may also terminate or suspend access if:

• you violate these Terms,
• we must comply with legal obligations,
• the Service is discontinued.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country also apply.
