Yes! Arroseo is available in 4 languages: French, English, Spanish and Italian. You can change the language in the app settings.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with your email address or log in via Google or Apple. Registration is free and takes less than 30 seconds.

You can request the deletion of your account and all your data from Settings > My Account > Delete my account. All your data will be erased within 30 days in accordance with the GDPR.

Yes, go to Settings > My Account > Change email. A confirmation email will be sent to your new address.

Open the app and tap the Scan button (camera icon). Frame your plant — preferably the leaves or flowers — and take the photo. Our AI identifies the plant in seconds.

Each scan uses our artificial intelligence which has an operating cost. The free version offers 3 scans per day. With Arroseo+, you get unlimited scans.

No, the scanner requires an internet connection as the identification is performed by our AI on our servers. However, all your previously identified plants remain accessible offline.

Go to the Team tab, then tap "Invite". A QR code and sharing link will be generated. The invited person simply needs to scan the QR code or click the link to join your team.

The admin (team creator) can invite/remove members, edit team plants and manage settings. Members can view plants, mark waterings as done and add notes.

With the free version, you can have up to 5 members per team. With Arroseo+, the limit goes up to 20 members.

From the app, go to Settings > Upgrade to Arroseo+. Choose between the monthly or annual subscription (30% savings). Payment is handled by your store (App Store or Google Play).

You can cancel at any time via your store settings. On iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Subscriptions. You keep premium access until the end of the paid period.

Yes! Arroseo+ includes a 7-day free trial. No charge before the end of the trial period, and you can cancel at any time.
