These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases of subscriptions, in-app purchases, and premium features within the Arroseo app.

These Terms of Sale supplement the Terms of Use and apply to all paid features of the Service.


Merchant of Record and Invoicing

All purchases made within the Arroseo App — including subscriptions, renewals, trials, and one-time in-app purchases — are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Apple and Google act as the "merchant of record" for all transactions. As a result:

Users may access their invoices via their Apple or Google account settings.

For refund requests or billing disputes, users must follow the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Billing & Payment

By subscribing, you authorise Apple or Google to charge your chosen payment method at the applicable rate.

By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that access may begin immediately and that the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with applicable law.

All billing terms of the App Store and Google Play apply.


Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple or Google account may be charged within 24 hours before renewal.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through:

Free Trials

Free trials, if offered:

Eligibility is determined by Apple/Google.


Refunds

All purchases made within the Arroseo App are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android).

If you wish to request a refund, please do so directly through your Apple or Google account.

Refund decisions are made solely by Apple or Google according to their store policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Arroseo does not process refunds directly.

Price Changes

We may adjust prices or subscription structures.

If your region requires it, you will be notified in advance by Apple or Google.

If you do not agree to the new price, cancel your subscription before renewal.


Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through:

Taxes

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location.

Taxes are determined and processed by Apple or Google.


Use of Premium Features

Premium features remain accessible for the duration of your subscription. Once expired or cancelled:

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke premium access in cases of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or confirmed chargebacks.
